ABSTRACT
Alzheimer disease can get along insidiously and can appear with provacative factors in some patients. In this case, we present a male patient who had no previous complaints of dementia and who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease due to his complaints on aggression, talking with photos, trying to feed photographs and waking at the time of hospitalization for hip fracture. It should be kept in mind that stress factors such as hospitalization and surgical operations can be provocative for Alzheimer disease.
