Osteoid osteoma is a benign bone tumour which usually determined at the lower extremity long bones diaphysis in childhood and adolescence. Vertebral involvement is seen in 10-25% of cases. Most patients have localize pain, especially at night and pain is nonresponsive to conservative treatment. It can be diagnosed small radiolucence nidus that surrounding reactive bone sclerosis by radiography. Spontaneous improvement is usually expected with long time antiinflamatory therapy. Surgery is indicated if conservative treatment is not succesful. In this paper, 25 age of years female who diagnosed osteoid osteoma with vertebral arch involvement was presented.
